The Terrace, open year round, offers a spectacular vista of the city skyline. A cheerful ambience exists with a summertime inspired décor, ceiling fans and artifacts.

Chef Jean-Pierre Challet is internationally recognized for his mastery of classic French cuisine. His deconstruction of classic French cuisine into something lighter, cleaner and more modern has become his signature style named “Cuisine Nouveau Classique.”

We tried Shrimp cake with mozzarella agnolotti, ginger and mayo as starter and Braised biff with foie gras, black trumpets, morels and Yukon mash as main; very delicious – excellent cuisine.

An excellent wine-list – mainly French and Californian – but also a handful Italian and other new-world bottles.

Bar Raval restaurant A real Spanish restaurant, located in the Little Italy neighbourhood of Toronto's West End.

Well known for its interior, a real artpice. The bar has wooden curved accents and South African mahogany woodwork wrapping above, around, and on the entire bar. A limited seating area, and in the evenings, the restaurant has standing-room only.

Bar Raval is a Barcelona-style tapas bar, offering a small food menu of Spanish bar snacks such as conservas and pintxos, and of cause Spanish wines. We recomand briny boquerones laid over stracciatella, and the plucky shrimp a la planxa coated in a riot of smoked paprika, cumin and garlic.
